City Ordinances and Permits
Dog licenses are required for all resident owners. They may be purchased at Mackay City Hall for $3.00. Three dogs are allowed per city property.

Building permits may be obtained at Mackay City Hall. Price per permit is $5.00.

Park permits are required for large outdoor gatherings and/or for events involving the consumption of alcohol.

Burning permits may be purchased at Mackay City Hall for $1.00.

Curfew
Applies to children and young adults (attending high school and /or under the age of 18):
Sunday through Thursday curfew - 11:00 pm.
Friday and Saturday - 12:00 pm.
